This is where our journey begins on helping you achieve your health goals. These visits focus on assessing and adjusting your spine.

We will also discuss how you are progressing and if any changes are necessary.

Depending what you body requires and what your health goals are we will determine the best time frames to see you.

To get you back on track we will likely see you once per week for a few weeks before stretching the visit times out to monthly or six weekly.

If you are after just spine and nervous system maintenance we will see you anywhere from six weeks to three months between visits
